Because Pisipall is much more than just a workout.
It is important to us that the training session is a place where both children and parents return with joy. Children can move, play, and develop in a safe and supportive environment, while parents meet other families who are at the same stage of life.
By joining Pisipall, you don’t just get a weekly training session. You become part of a community where new friendships are born, experiences are shared, and support is given to one another. We also organize children’s mornings, coffee lunches, and community events for our members, so that families have the opportunity to meet and spend time together outside of regular training.
We believe that a supported parent and a happy child go hand in hand. That is precisely why Pisipall offers much more than just a 45-minute training session once a week.
We look forward to welcoming you and your child to the Pisipall family!
We recommend dressing the child in comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. It is important that the child feels free during the session. All our training halls are warm.
No. We encourage children to participate in training sessions barefoot or in non-slip socks. This allows the feet to move naturally, and the various surfaces in the session stimulate the child’s soles and support their development.
One Pisipall training session lasts 45 minutes. During this time, we manage to move, play, discover, and learn new skills at a pace appropriate for the child’s age.
We recommend arriving about 5 minutes before the start of the training. This way, you have time to change clothes calmly, the child can get used to the new environment, and the session can begin without rushing.
Pisipall training sessions take place in month-based groups, as this allows the child to get used to a familiar environment, trainer, and friends. If you would like to try a Pisipall session before joining, you are welcome to a trial session. We open registration for training sessions in August.
Pisipall training sessions are intended for babies from 6 months old up to 6-year-old children. The groups are divided by age so that the activities support the development of that specific age. Children who are 6 years old or turning 6 are welcome to join the 3–5-year-old group.
Yes! In the baby training sessions and the 1–2-year-old and 2–3-year-old groups, the parent participates with the child. This creates a sense of security for the child and also gives the parent good ideas on how to support the child’s development playfully at home. In the 3–5-year-old group, parents are always welcome to watch, but being present is not mandatory, as we focus on building the children’s independence and confidence and encourage them to manage on their own. Parents still have the opportunity to be present at every session and participate if they wish.
The age groups are recommendations to ensure the training is as well-adapted to the child’s developmental level as possible. If you are not sure which group is suitable, feel free to contact us, and we will help find the most appropriate training for your child. After the trial session, the trainer also always provides feedback on which group might suit the child best.
Yes! We recommend starting with a trial session so you can be sure that Pisipall is suitable for both you and the child. If there are still vacancies in the group after the trial session, you can conveniently register the child.
Yes! If there are vacancies in the desired group, you can join Pisipall throughout the entire season.
If the desired group is full, you can add yourself to the waiting list. If a spot becomes available or we open an additional group, we will contact you as soon as possible. We definitely recommend staying on the waiting list, as spots become available regularly during the season.
Yes. If you wish to change the training time or location and there are vacancies in another group, we will be happy to help you switch groups.
You should bring:
All training equipment is provided by Pisipall.
You will get an answer fastest if you write to us at info@pisipall.ee or via social media. If necessary, we will direct you straight to your group’s trainer.
Pisipall has a fixed monthly fee, which guarantees the child a spot in their training group throughout the season. Therefore, there is no possibility to make up for individual missed training sessions.
However, if the child falls ill for a longer period or cannot participate in training for other reasons for more than a month, feel free to contact us. In such cases, we can agree on a payment holiday to find a suitable solution for your family.
Pisipall training sessions are intended for children registered for the training. Therefore, it is not possible for siblings to just come along to the session.
However, if you wish to register several children from one family for training, it is possible for siblings of different ages to participate in the same training group to make the family’s daily organization more convenient. Additionally, a 20% discount applies starting from the second child in the family.
If you have any questions about finding a suitable solution for your family, feel free to contact us at info@pisipall.ee and we will be happy to help.
Our trainers include physiotherapists, midwives, and specially trained baby and toddler trainers who have long-term experience working with children.
All Pisipall trainers undergo thorough training and work according to the unified Pisipall methodology. From September, you can learn about each trainer’s background, education, and experience and choose a suitable group for yourself.
This is completely normal. Some children dive straight into activities, while others need a bit more time to get used to the new environment. We encourage parents not to push the child – a sense of security develops step by step. Our goal is for the child to associate movement with joy, not pressure. Feel free to give the child the first month to adapt, and then you will notice how the child becomes increasingly brave with each session. Also, feel free to ask for feedback from the trainer, who also observes, involves, and encourages the child in every session.
Comfortable clothes and a water bottle are enough. All necessary training equipment is already waiting for you at Pisipall.
If you are not sure which group is best for the child, please contact us. In addition to age, we also consider the child’s developmental level and help find the most suitable training for them.
Certainly not! Pisipall training sessions are designed so that all activities are simple and playful. The trainer guides you throughout the session, and the goal is to spend quality time with the child, not to do everything “correctly.” The trainer also performs the exercises with the child themselves to ensure you get the maximum out of the session.
Yes! Our training sessions take place in small groups, and each child can move at their own pace. We encourage, but do not force, because the most important thing is that the child feels safe and can enjoy the movement. Read success stories here.
If you wish to terminate Pisipall training, please fill out a withdrawal application as soon as possible. This helps us offer the vacated spot to the next family on the waiting list.
Please note that the tuition fee must be paid for the month during which the withdrawal application was submitted.
If you have any questions before making a decision to leave or wish to discuss other options (such as switching groups or taking a longer break), feel free to contact us – we will find the best solution together. You can find the withdrawal application here:
It is possible to join Pisipall throughout the entire season, if there are vacancies in the desired group.
In the following months, the standard monthly fee applies according to the price list.
The Pisipall monthly fee includes much more than just a weekly training session.
