Frequently asked questions

Is it possible to come for a trial lesson?

Yes! If there are vacancies in the group, you can come for a trial lesson before joining to see how the child likes it. The trial lesson fee is €15, and you can register for a trial lesson here.

Yes! The baby groups are divided by age, and the exercises are adapted according to the babies’ developmental stage. It doesn’t matter if the baby is just learning to turn or crawl – the coach guides the exercises taking their specific skills into account.

Of course! The baby’s needs always come first. If the baby wants to eat, rest, or needs a diaper change, you can do so calmly and continue with the class when you are ready.

Yes! Every adult who spends time with the baby is welcome to the baby lesson – whether it’s a father, grandmother, grandfather, or another relative. The most important thing is that the baby has a familiar and safe person by their side. However, up to 2 adults are welcome to accompany the baby to the class at a time.

We keep the groups small so that the coach can notice and support each baby’s development and provide personal advice to parents. This way, the classes are calm, safe, and pleasant for both babies and parents. There are up to 10 babies in one group.
